When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Do you have a physical storefront?

Yes! We are a brick-and-mortar embroidery studio offering a curated in-store experience where you can view samples, feel fabrics, and work with us one-on-one. We also offer online shopping for convenient ordering from anywhere.

Do you offer custom embroidery?

Can you digitize my logo?

Absolutely. We professionally digitize logos to ensure clean, high-quality embroidery. Digitizing fees vary based on complexity and will always be quoted and approved before production begins.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimums required. We welcome small orders, single pieces, and personal projects, as well as larger bulk and wholesale orders.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Do you offer on-site or pop-up embroidery bars?

Yes! We offer on-site embroidery and pop-up embroidery bar experiences for events, retail activations, corporate gatherings, brand launches, weddings, and private parties. Each experience is fully customizable, and we create tailored packages to meet your needs, event size, and aesthetic. Please contact us for availability and custom pricing.

What is your typical turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 7–10 business days, depending on order size and complexity. Larger orders or custom logo projects may require additional time. Rush options may be available upon request.

Can you help with thread color selection?

Yes! We offer thoughtful guidance in selecting thread colors to complement your garment, branding, or overall aesthetic—whether you’re working with us in-store or online.

Can I bring in my own item to be embroidered?

In many cases, yes. Customer-provided items must be new and unworn. While we take great care with all projects, we cannot guarantee results on all fabrics or items supplied by customers.

How do I place an order?

Will I receive a proof before embroidery?

For custom logos and detailed designs, a digital proof will be provided for approval before embroidery begins. Production starts once the proof is approved.

Do you ship orders?

Yes, we ship orders nationwide. Local pickup is also available for in-store orders.

How should I care for embroidered items?

We recommend washing embroidered items inside-out on a gentle cycle with cold water and laying flat or hanging to dry to preserve the embroidery.
